POLY SATIN PLEATED SWING JACKET

Richard Tsao, also known as an "accidental designer" is known for his signature Cocoon jackets, vests, and brightly colored buttons which are a lighthearted nod to his childhood love of Smarties candies. Tsao studied painting at The Art Students' League in New York for six years and established himself as a painter and printmaker. His aesthetic as an artist infuses his work as a designer, from this emphasis on color and texture to his embrace of the accidental as an essential element in his creative process. His designs are both timeless and wearable.
