This comforting tisane is inspired by a much-loved herbal tonic taken since the Qing dynasty to support respiratory health. This lighter interpretation blends zingy peppermint and tart loquat to soothe the throat with balloon flower, licorice and ginger root to safeguard the respiratory system.
