Boucha Tea Standard Roasted

120 years ago, only tea leaves were used and the stems were thrown away. In the traditional city Kanazawa, “Bowcha", a tea made from stems, was born. Bowcha, which is loved by the people of Kanazawa, has been reborn as "SHUN", a tea with a higher fragrance. The unique roasting method using steam makes the tea fragrant and refreshing.

An Upcycled Premium Organic Roasted tea. This tea is made solely from the stems of the matcha plant. While the stem of the plant is usually discarded after the harvest, it is rich in aromatic components.
