Shipping inside the United States and Canada is available online, for other special requests please contact the store at (415) 581-3605 or (415) 581-3606.

All orders are shipped via either UPS Ground or USPS.

Please allow 7-10 business days for ground delivery.

We do not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, or major holidays.

Return Policy

Full price purchases accompanied by a receipt can be returned within 30 days of purchase with the exception of Takashi Murakami product. These items are final sale and not returnable. Credit card purchases will be credited to the same card used on the transaction, cash sales for less than $20 can be refunded by cash, transactions over $20 and check transactions will be refunded by check ( a 2-3 week turn around) issued by mail.  

Purchases of sale price items are final and are not returnable.

Without a receipt a store credit will be issued for the item at the current retail price.

After 30 days any full price merchandise in salable condition can be returned for a store credit.
