White Brioche Baker

This very adorable, flower-shaped, small ovenware/bowl is inspired by the mold for "a brioche round"- known as a light, sweet bread of French origin. Made of red earthenware and covered with a layer of white powder-clay before transparent or color glazing, called the Japanese ”kohiki” technique, it results in a soft and plump feeling and baked nuances. 

Can be used to make savory or sweet baked goods and serve appetizers, bar finger food, cube sugar, jam or butter pats, etc.
