Kmao Chili Oil

Kmao started as an idea in a dim sum restaurant in LA’s Chinatown. The folks behind Yeak Inc. wanted something better than the bland chili oil being served at the table, so they developed this Kmao Chili Oil with toasted chili peppers for smoke, roasted garlic for sweetness, and fish sauce to add a umami profile. Kmao can be eaten with Chinese take-out, added to hot ramen, or mixed with ranch dressing and eaten with wings.
