About the Author
Jeremiah Alcorn is a professional animator on Disney’s new Duck Tales animated TV show. He illustrated the books The Year of the Dog, Pig, Rat, and Ox. He resides near Birmingham, AL with his family.
Justin Roth illustrated the children’s books Baltazar and the Flying Pirates, The Year of the Tiger, and The Year of the Rabbit. He has animated TV series for Nickelodeon, Disney, and 4Kids Entertainment, and commercials for the advertising agency Saatchi and Saatchi. He is a Creative Director at Grey Group and lives in New York, NY.
Jennifer Wood illustrated children’s books The Year of the Dragon, Snake, and Horse. She is a character and prop designer for many animated TV series, such as the Nickelodeon shows The Fairly OddParents, T.U.F.F. Puppy, The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack, and Strawberry Shortcake. Her illustrations have earned recognition from the Society of Illustrators, Los Angeles and the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators. She lives near Los Angeles, CA. Alina Chau illustrated the children’s books The Year of the Sheep and The Treehouse Heroes. She was a 3D story artist at LucasFilm on the Star Wars: The Clone Wars animated series, and helped produce video games such as Ben10, Spyro, Gears of War, The Incredible Hulk, God of War, Silent Hill, and Medal of Honor.
